Cooking and preserving traditional food from scratch is one of my passions, and I try to use homegrown, foraged, or fermented ingredients. I use whole foods and most of my recipes use herbs, flowers, and other fresh from the garden ingredients. Sourdough is another favorite, and I also cook in cast iron pans whenever possible.
